Dear Hunger Hero!
Me and Nick (or is that Nick and I) were chatting the other day and he was all excited about Memorial Day Weekend. Seems he has several picnics to attend this weekend. He’s already having visions of hot dogs and hamburgers; of potato chips, potato salad, slaw, beer and soda; which I guess is better than visions of sugar plums.
Then he asked what I’d be doing. I said I’d be here at the diner; just like I am the rest of the year.
And then I had an idea………………..
Contrary to a former employee who thought I didn’t have many ideas I actually have quite a few. And in the spirit of Nick’s salivating ways I decided to have a Virtual Picnic Against Hunger.
